These are just a small sample of the results I have obtained for clients. The results are case specific and there is no guarantee your case will be resolved in a similar manner.
Volusia County – Client was charged with a Violation of Probation. The State of Florida was seeking a 24 month prison sentence. RESULT: 3 months of community control, reinstatement of probation thereafter. No prison!
Volusia County – Client was charged with DUI with property damage of over $100K, DUI, and careless driving. The State of Florida was seeking a 90 jail sentence. RESULT: 60 days of residential treatment in a private facility, transfer to DUI Court, withhold of adjudication, and no restitution. No jail time!
Flagler County – Client was charged with DUI and DUI with property damage. The State of Florida was seeking first minimums. RESULT: Withhold of adjudication to a reckless driving charge.
Volusia County – Bike Week 2024 – Client was charged with domestic battery. The State of Florida was seeking 12 months probation, counseling, drug treatment, domestic violence course, and a no contact order. RESULT: Case dismissed.
Volusia County – Client was charged with witness tampering. The State of Florida was seeking 60 months in prison and an adjudication. RESULT: 24 months probation and a withhold of adjudication.
Miami-Dade County – Client was charged with theft and terminated from a $100k per year job. RESULT: After trial, client was acquitted. The client was later reinstated in his job.
Broward County – Client was charged with trafficking in Oxycodone. The State of Florida was seeking 120 months in prison. RESULT: 24 months probation.
Volusia County – Client was being investigated for two felony charges. The police responded to the client’s home to “talk” to him about the charges. Client provided some initial statements to the police then called us. We invoked the client’s right to counsel. The detective charged the client with obstructing a felony investigation. I immediately contacted the State Attorney and discussed the case with him. RESULT: Case was dismissed at arraignment.
Flagler County – Client was charged with possession of marijuana and violation of felony probation. We investigated and reported findings the to the State Attorney. Result: Probation was reinstated. Marijuana charges was dismissed.
Volusia County – Client was charged with DUI. A motion to suppress the stop was filed on behalf of our client. Result: Bind down to reckless driving and a withhold of adjudication.
